What Causes Tender Breasts And Bloating In Case Of PCOS?

I have PCOS. I used to be on 2000 mg of metformin a day and 50 of januvia. I have lost over 60 lbs in the past year and recently started having a cycle again. I was taken of of med's b/c I am going to be participating in a pcos study in NOV and I have to do a 3 month washout of all meds. They are 53 day cycles. I am not sure if they are anovulatory or not. I have had pms symptoms with every cycle. (tender breasts, moodiness, bloating, and cramping) I had fertile CM this past cycle and my CP became high, open, and soft for around 48 hours. I had intercourse every 2 days since last day of last period and on the 1st day of fertile cm and last day of fertile cm. It then became low and very dry. I am starting to experience "pms" again. Only difference is there is naseua with some throwing up. I am 9 days DPO IF I ovualted. Any adivce? Could I be Pregnant or could this be anovualtory? I have searched and searched to see if people still have all these signs ( CM and CP and PMS) with anovulatory cycles. Thy symptoms I am currently experiencing are throwing up...soooooo tired, I want to sleep all the time and slight cramping or rather pressure in pelvic area....I am used to going to gym everyday. I can't make myself go for last few days. Breasts hurt bad, even to sleep on. Achy all over....almost feels as if comming down with flu or something like it.
