What Causes Tender Breasts And Delayed Periods After Stopping The Birth Control?

I came off micronor mini pill December and this month have had tender breasts on the sides feeling sick some days. My period is due tomorrow but don't really have any signs. I have pcos too, pregnancy tests are all negative but don't know when or if I ovulated?
