General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Welcome to HCM.
I appreciate your concern for your present problems.

After having gone through your query I am of the opinion that the symptoms in presence of delayed period are suggestive of an early pregnancy.
I advise you to kindly repeat the pregnancy test on an early morning urine sample to confirm the pregnancy.

Hope this answers your query.
I find this answer helpful
