Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. In the current scenario, I would ask you to undergo a proper clinical examination to exclude any pathology in the breast as the cause for the tenderness. Such periodic examinations are necessary when you are using hormone contraception. Proper support, anti-inflammatory medication and rest to the part are needed for relief. Any infection should be promptly treated. Pregnancy is a remote possibility with the current symptoms and can be excluded/confirmed through the blood test. Hope this helps.
