What Causes Tender Bumps Below Vagina?

I have 3 small bumps, pink in color that burn when I wipe or shower. Tender to the touch( no leakage or pus) directly below my vagina but above my anus. What could this be? I have no health insurance so I have not been to see a medical doctor. its has been this way for 3 days.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. If it is blistering type of rash then it can be most likely genital herpes. Do you have any history of unprotected sexual intercourse with risky partners. ? If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying. If not herpes then it can be just bacterial infection. Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the area and instead you can use saline or warm water. Applying betadine ointment locally will be helpful also.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
