What Causes Tender Heavy Breast, Tiredness, Bad Cramps And Irregular Heavy Bleeding?

hi, i am experiencing many pregnancy symtoms before my period example tender heavy breast, tiredness, bad cramps etc... and had missed a day for my expected period. However, on 2nd day, after a sharp adoman cramp, i started to discharge clear mucus containing some lines of red blood for almost a day and than followed by heavy bleeding with lots of blood clots like jelly that last abt 1.5 days and it stopped. oh yes! and about 2 days before the mucus discharge start, all my pregnancy symptoms just disappeared. may i know what is happening to me? possible for pregnancy?
