What Causes Tender Lump Below The Scrotum Along With Nausea And Headaches?
Hey, I have noticed a lump the size of a chick pea on my inner thigh just slightly below where my scrotum and thigh meet. It is slightly tender to mess with, firm, and has shown up once before (a month ago) which I was sure it was gone but i could be wrong seen as though it is back (or noticeable again). I m a little worried as I ve come across with what I believe to be a fungus rash on my chest (now spreading to stomach area) recently, along with feeling nausea type headaches that don t really feel like headaches or nausea at all. The rash I have been trying to treat with cortisone but to no avail. I m just worried about the lump, and hope these aren t connected at all.
As per my clinical experience, tender lump below scrotum indicates infected sebaceous cyst or folliculitis most likely. The headache, nausea are secondary to the effects of systemic inflammatory response to underlying infection and not directly related but indirect sequences of the same.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
