What Causes Tender Nipples And Irregular Menstrual Discharge?

I have tender nipples.... I have been on the mirena for 2 years now.. but for the past 2 months I haven t gotten my period..I usely get full blown period I haven t gotten one the last one I thought was my period it wasn t..it was like this thick brown discharge..please help
