What Causes Tender Nipples, Brown Discharge And Delayed Periods?
I ve been diagnosed with pcos for about 3 years. without insurance I haven t been on meds. I got married this may and have had regular periods since then. Except this month I was supposed to have a cycle two almost three weeks ago but haven t seen any sign of period. My symptoms this last week have been tender nipples, one time brown discharge while using the bathroom, and now I m peeing twice in a hour which is not like me. Any ideas?

Hi, I have gone through your question. Delayed periods can be because of pregnancy or a due to irregular or no ovulation at all in PCOS.
However, spotting, breast tenderness and increased frequency of urination are symptoms suggestive of early pregnancy.
I would suggest you to get your urine pregnancy test done and further management should be done accordingly.
