What Causes Tender Nipples, Dizziness And A Heavy Vaginal Discharge?

Hello, I ve been on depo for about 2 years then missed the shot but went back on for 9 months and then missed my shot again. We ve been really careful but the past week I ve had very tender nipples, a little dizzy ness and heavy clear vaginal discharge. I don t known what s going on. Help?
