What Causes Tenderness And Knot With Pain In Inner Elbow And Arm Pit?

My inner elbow and arm pit have had some tenderness for about a month and a half to 2 months now. It is like a bad briuse tenderness but no bruise. Now there is a knot on my inner elbow and armpit. And pain is getting worse. Anyone know what it could be?

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that the chances of tennis elbow is very likely and the possibility of this need to be ruled out and for that in my opinion it is better to get done the clinical examination and x-ray study of elbow joint, take care and have a nice day.
