What Causes Tenderness And Pain In The Knuckle?

I was trying to flick a piece blueberry skin off my finger and a tendon(?) in the knuckle that joins the middle finger to the hand rolled or slid down over the knuckle and caused quite a bit of pain. Now every time I bend that finger it happens. Any idea what s going on?

donot try by your self take the help of surgeon for removal.after all it is a mior surgical p-procedure and there is a chance of inflicting infection.it is to be done under magnification.
