What Causes Tenderness In Abdomen And Constipation?

I have a tender abdomen, feel constipated, but have used the toilet 3 times today. Color of stool seems normal. Feel totally fatiqued. Does not feel like I have a fever, but am going to check shortly. This morning I was chilled and shivering. That passed, but returned for just a few minutes about an hour ago. no chills now. no appetite, but when I eat soup it feels really good.

According to history you can have viral or bacterial gastroenteritis....

Take oson o tablet that contain ornidazole plus ofloxacin.. For five days... Two times a day...

Fruits taken more

Drink warm water for drinking..

Avoid heavy fatty and spicy meal..

If acidity present omeprazole also taken..

Small meal with frequent interval and more water taken...

Rule out typhoid by IG M detection...

If needed and not improving USG done..

Take care......
