What Causes Tenderness In Breasts With Delayed Periods?

Hi, I've been on loestrin 24 Fe for 4 months. i haven't had a period in almost 3months. I've had breast tenderness, boobs are growing and now they are starting to leak fluid. I've also have been having unusal discharge.I took a test about 4 days ago and it came up negative. What's going on , am i pregnant or not? I'm 26 years old, 5'7 and weight is 126. Don't have a medical history.
