What Causes Tenderness In Clitoris?

my clitoris has become very sensitive to the touch. it hurts to wipe it, clean it , or touch it. it comes and goes and im not allergic to anything, and i am testing negative for yeast infections, std/hiv, and any kind of bladder infections. so what could this possibly be?
