What Causes Tenderness In Nipples, Abdominal Cramps And Insomnia?

Since May 4-5th my nipples have been very tender, my CP it high, firm, and very closed almost all day everyday. I ll have cramps, mild. Insamia the past 3 days. My eating habits have changed (just not feeling very hungry like usual) took 2 hpts both bfn s. Don t start my next af till the 31st. Am I pregnant?

Hello,

Possible causes like fibrocystic disease must be ruled out. As first-line management, you can try “evening primrose oil” Ig daily for a few weeks. An ultrasound scan is required to look for any small lumps or masses.
