What Causes Tenderness In Right Nipple?

I done a pregnancy test last week which came back a faint positive but started my period, a lot lighter than normal and not as long. So yesterday I done another test which came back negative but my right nipple is tender and I woke this morning to a wet top. There was no smell to whatever had came out my nipple and no colouring. Could I be pregnant or just seek my doctors advice?

Hi,
Thanks to posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Faint line in pregnancy test cannot be considered as positive. Also you got your periods, although not like regular one and following it the second pregnancy test has come negative. It says you are not pregnant.
You are experiencing breast tenderness because of hormonal changes happening as a result of improper menstruation. Once you get your regular periods, such symptoms should subside.
You can take symptomatic treatment like Paracetamol tablet to overcome it.
In case it doesn't subsidie or you don't get periods properly, you need to consult Gynecologist for appropriate management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
