What Causes Tenderness In Right Side Of Body From Waist To Hip?
Hi, Had a question. For about four days now, The right side of my body has been tender from my waist down to my hip bone . Also I can feel it in my back where my kidneys are located. It feels like an inside bruse or something. No I haven t done any new exercises or haven t hit myself in that spot. I m 39 and 200lbs if that helps. I walk a lot and lift lots of weight as we have a small farm that requires us to do these things. Any help would be appreciated. Merlinda
