What Causes Tenderness In The Arms And Face With Neck And Shoulder Pain?

My daughter is experiencing tenderness to the skin (mostly arms and face), neck and shoulder achiness and a headache. She complains of feeling overheated as well. She has had these symptoms for the past two days. She can pinpoint any other symptoms but a overall I just don t feel good)

You take tab nubral forte in bd and p came jell rub on the shouldrr and neck take rest. If not relive then take tab tramadol
