What Causes Tenderness In The Breasts Post Hysterectomy?
I have tenderness in both breasts, which I used to have commonly prior to my cycles, however I have had a hysterectomy (2011), but I do still have one ovary. I noticed this last week, and wonder if it is possible to still have this tenderness due to the one ovary?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Though uterus is removed, the retained ovary continues hormonal changes, which can cause breast pain (as usual) at specific time of a month.
Hope I have answered your query.
