General & Family Physician 's  Response
hi
thanks for writing to HCM
The features described are pointing towards a infection in the testis commonly called orchitis.Pain full as well, but can subside with a continuous dose of broad-spectrum antibiotics may be Ciprofloxacin with an antnflammatory analgesic like lyser d or zerodolsp.
pimples mark the hormonal flush n our body as well.
please do consult a surgeon for any prolonged symptoms,.
hope this helps
most welcome for further queries
