This is a condition where venous plexus which drains the testicles get enlarged and sometimes it is visible from outside. The veins look like small worms from outside your scrotum. Of course they also cause dull pain of your testicles which may spread to the root of your penis as the veins are enlarged in the spermatic cord too.
