What Causes Tenderness In The Left Testicle And Mild Pelvic Pain?

Hi. I have a tender left testicle and the pain extends to the start of my penis. It s kind of a dull pain. I also have blood on the outside of my scrotum. It looks like it s coming out of the veins in very small amounts but in several different places on the scrotum. I have had the dull pain for 3-5 weeks.

Hello dear!
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns!
Thank you for sharing them on healthcaremagic.
It seems to be a varicocele as a read the description of your symptoms. This is a condition where venous plexus which drains the testicles get enlarged and sometimes it is visible from outside. The veins look like small worms from outside your scrotum. Of course they also cause dull pain of your testicles which may spread to the root of your penis as the veins are enlarged in the spermatic cord too. I strongly recommend to consult an urologist as this situation generally is solved surgically. That would prevent testicular atrophy, and semen production that would affect your fertility.
I hope this answer was helpful to you!
