What Causes Tenderness In The Vagina And Painful Urination?

I took a Plan B late Saturday night and began experiencing odd symptoms on Wednesday. I first noticed slight tenderness near my vaginal area on Wednesday and by Thursday there was slight tenderness on my clit as well and slight pain in my urine. Come Friday I began experiencing blood in my pee and painful urination. I noticed it to be sore when I wiped. Today I am experiencing the same symptoms and now noticing a few small bumps around the opening of my vagina lips and near my anus. I did shave on Wednesday and was slightly dehydrated this week too. I m not sure what is going on but google is scaring me

Hello,

Most probably it could be a local inflammation. As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like Aceclofenac/Serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
