What Causes Tenderness In The Vaginal Fornix?

I am male , and doctor has suggested to use FAS-3 kit .And my wife having and significance of probe tenderness in left fornix present on voginal usages.inthis juncture could you please guide me why this disease has attacked to my wife and what would be root cause for that

Hi i do care for your concern.
The tenderness is caused most of the times by infection causes due to bacteria or chlamydia infections.
In males the infection usually have no symptoms and hence treatment of male partner is also a must.
This is a usual bacterial infection and need not panic about it.
It is advisable to complete the course of treatment and maintain adequate hygiene will help a lot.
