What Causes Tenderness On All Bones?

For past week I have been having tenderness in all my bones hurt to touch, I had baby 7 weeks ago.. Have a hernia & pos gallbladder problem wait for scan results, also not been eating or getting much sleep could any of these cause bone pain, also have history of over active thyroid
