What Causes Tenderness On Forehead Along With Severe Headaches?

Last night I hit my forehead above my right eye on the edge of the fireplace. I do not have a bump but the area is tender. Last night and today I have had a very bad headache on the top right side of my head. Should I be concerned and seek treatment?
