What Causes Tenderness On The Left Side Of The Face?

Hi. I have Hashimoto and Celiac disease and know I can occasionally have an autoimmune flare . Woke up this morning with tenderness to touch/pain on the left side of my face and scalp, including my eye, and inner ear. I have ulcers in my mouth and glands in neck are swollen. Woke very tired and feel fatigued as the day goes on. Is this an autoimmune thing, or some sort of virus? Just think it s weird its on my left side only.
