What Causes Tenderness On The Right Side Of The Head Along With Dizziness?

Hello, For about 4 or maybe five months I have been having concerning issues with my temples. It started on the right side of my head . Whenever touched or gently brushed against I get a very tender and dull feeling. When touched I feel distant from reality and become really dizzy . It is very hard to describe . Almost feels like 2 magnets going against eachother and then it radiates throughout the rest of my head. I sometimes get it on the left side too but it is not as noticeable . I have been having short term memory loss lately . After a while of noticing this I also noticed I have a very small patch of a rash that isn t really noticeable unless up close. This makes work and daily activites difficult because of the dull and achy pain that comes with it . When this occurs I have to sit down . Not always but sometimes it feels better to add pressure to it except for when I let go the gentleness of my hand leaving my temple causes the tingling and odd sensation that makes it hard to concentrate. I m not sure it would be considered a headache although it can cause one. Its more of a sensation that occurs when my temple is touched.
