What Causes Tenderness On The Scalp?
I had a perm in june, the girl massaged the neutralizer into my scalp. My head had been getting tender the last year or so, sleeping on rollers. After the perm my scalp has been quite a bit tender. It s where the hair is growing out like the hair hurts . If I wiggle the hair up from the scalp it quits hurting. I need aperm will it be okay to get one?
