What Causes Tenderness Under The Ribcage And Yellow Discharge From Nipple?
Hi i am experiencing a tenderness in my right side just under the rib cage when i cough seems a little sore also when i press on my lower ribs ?? also i am leeking a yellow substance from the left nipple , i am 45 in november, theres no pain or soreness just the discharge for about 1 month now, have seen my doctor she is sending me to a breast clinic SHOULD I WORRY ??

Hello,
The right side rib pain could be due to some muscle or rib inflammation.
For that anti-inflammatory drug can be prescribed like brufen.
The yellow discharge could be due to some underlying breast pathology.
I suggest you investigate with ultrasonography of breast for primary work up. Kindly revert back with reports once done.
