Hi Tendonitis right elbow, carpal tunnel left arm, re-occuring pain and stiffness in left knee, plantar fasciitis comes and goes, occasional pain in left side collar bone after eating, sore tender spot at top of head, are all these related. Female aged 42,

Recurring tendonitis and carpal tunnel syndrome can indicate metabolic disorders like diabetes.Kindly check both your fasting and post prandial blood sugar level to identify any abnormal glucose levels. Anti-inflammatory drugs should be taken to reduce pain and inflammation.Hot compress and Complete rest to the affected limb should be given an reduce the discomfort.
