What Causes Termination Of Periods Post Pcos?

iam 27 years old married for past 3 years trying to concieve i have been diagnosed for pcos my gynaec dr put me on letroz 2.5mg for 10 dys frm day 2nd& to start with duphaston from 15th day til 30th day but im continuing duphaston til today tht is my 34th day not yet got my pperiods would i hav been conceived or the delay in periods due to intake of duphaston pls give me answer eagerly waiting
