HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that the abnormal burning sensation, around the C section scar, is related to trauma to the nerves.

Trauma to nerves in the area of the incision would occur as a result of any surgical procedure.
This trauma can in abnormal sensations such as the burning that you are describing.

Since it is severe, your doctor can prescribe medications that can help.

He or she can cross check and make sure it is safe with breast feeding if you are breast feeding.

I hope this helps
