What Causes Terrible Cramps And Small Pink Clots Vaginal Discharge?
I just started back on my birth control pill (which I was off for about 3-4 months) and got my first period on it. It started with being heavy brown discharge, turned into a normal period, and now two days later I m having terrible cramps and passing small white-ish, pink clots. I m not now or have I ever been sexually active and had only been using birth control for about 6 months total before stopping for those three months. What are these white/pink clots?

it can be some underlying pelvic infection or coyld be a hormonal imbalance due to the pills. consult your gynac for further evaluation. get an ultrasound abdomen done
