What Causes Terrible Headache And Stabbing Pain In The Scalp?

Terrible headache on one side above ear for three days ,scalp even hurt felt like contractions of stabbing pain, pain meds relieved for short time but came back same place . Headache gone but this evening all joints in arm fingers knees ankles are sore. Nose is stuffy too

Judging from your description the symptoms you are experiencing may well be in the setting of a middle ear infection.

Since the middle ear communicates with the upper airways it may be associated with the stuffed nose.

So I suggest you see an ENT specialist in order to have your ear checked as if the diagnosis is confirmed you might need treatment with antibiotics.
