Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. You are on 200 mg Depakote, 30 mg Vyvanse in day time and in night 500 mg Depakote and 50 mg Seroquel. Vyvanse is an amphetamine drug and the drug is known to cause intense excitation and restlessness in individuals taking it. It is common to see worsening of anxiety while on Vyvanse. If the anxiety persist while on this drug then consult with your doctor to reduce the doses of Vyvanse or to substitute this drug with some other drug that doesn't case excitation.

Hope this helps you. Thanks and take care
