What Causes Testicle Pain While Using Adderall Tablets?

when i take my adhd meds,adderall,my penis shrivels up and sometimes my testicles pull up and begin to ache. when i urinate,alot of semen comes out with the urine. i have been diagnosed with chronic epiditimytis. but every doc says the amphetemine has nothing to do with it. any relation between adderall and testicular pain?
