What Causes Testicle Sac Bleeding?

Hi I just got out of a hot bath and after drying myself i noticed blood on my foot and floor. After inspection i noticed it coming from the bottom of my testicles. A smeel pin-like hole was where the blood was coming from. It stopped after applying a band-aid. SHould i worry about this? Is it somehow a indication of prostrate cancer? is it normal? I have noticed a few small blood dots on the veins inside my testicles though??? Thanks

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a medical condition named Angiokeratoma.

Black spots on your scrotum are usually caused by this condition.

These spots are made up of blood vessels that have expanded, or dilated, and become visible on the surface of your skin.

These spots usually don't cause for concern, especially if you don't have any other symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
