What Causes Testicle Soreness And Swelling?

Hi, Im 25 and for the past 2/3 monts, my left testicle has been sore, but I can't remember ever hitting it or injurying it. I don't have blood in my urine/sperm, and it seems like the left one is just overly sensitive. Also I believe my left testicle was swollen, at least for a little.

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.

Noted the history of your age of 25, soreness of the left testicle.
Since there is no history of any trauma or so, this can very well be due to the following reasons:
Epididymitis
Epididymo-orchitis,
TOrsion
Varicocele

The best way to get a diagnosis is a direct examination of the part by the Urologist, Ultrasonography and color doppler examination of the scrotum and abdomen for uro-genital system as a whole.
Blood tests.
Urine culture and sensitivity.

Scrotal support
All the investigations will lead to a diagnosis and proper treatment .
