What Causes Testicle Tubes Prominence?

Um on my left testicle the tubes that connect to it are very thick like 2-4 mm thick and I can see them if I pull the skin close. I also noticed a mad just above not on but just above the actual testicle it doesn t seem to be connected but remains idol can you please tell me what this is both these things are. Thank you in advance

I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Left Varicocle with Varicosity of the Pampiniform Venuous Plexus of the left spermatic cord.
These are the veins which drain testicular blood.Due to Valvular insufficiency,there occurs regurge of the venous flow,which back flows and congests the testes and is the cause of these testicle tubes prominence.
Testes is seperate from the spermatic cord which connects epididymis and drains testes.
USG would confirm the nature of these teticle tubes in your case.
