What Causes Testicular Discomfort?

My son has had testicular discomfort for the almost 24 hrs. It is one sided and achey but not sharp. he says it is not swollen but worse when standing. He has a h/o crohn's disease and had a remicade infusion this past sunday. his symptoms are worse with standing and he has no fvere, chills, burning with urination

* As far as my clinical experience is concerned, there are different possibilities as early sign of varicocele, non specific testicular lesion problems with epididymis or referred ache of calculus in the urinary system.
* In our clinic, I treat the patient with primary analgesic medications and later on recommend a Doppler report as per the progress. Do give me further chance to assist in future.
