What Causes Testicular Pain After Masturbation?

after masterbating i have a horrible pain in my left testicle, this has happened once before and i went to the hospital and had an operation to see if my testicle had twisted. it turned out it hadnt and they just cut off some cysts. But now it has happened again and im really wooried. also im 16 (p.s i didnt tell the doctors at the hospital that it happened after masterbating)

IN short: Masturbation cannot cause torsion

Explanation: Testicular torsion has many reasons. I do not think masturbation can cause torsion. Sometimes intermittent torsion can happen which subsides on its own and appears normal after sometimes.
So, visit a surgeon again for proper assessment please.
