General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The testicular pain with retrograde ejaculation of semen indicates injury to prostatic nerves or other structures of ejaculatory ducts. An MRI evaluation of the prostatic area is best way to judge the cause and decide management guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
