Is it bad if I have a pain, left testacle. Feels like someone's tugging at it just to the point of being kicked in the nuts. It'll happen walking about, sometimes adjusting will make it fade away. It happens ocasionally after or during an orgasm. Seems it's been more frequent lately. Yey spring! ;)
Hi. Thanks for your query. You have got a typical presentation of repeated testicular torsion. This is evidenced by repeated pains in the left testicle , which fades away after adjusting the testicle, the pain is very severe as if somebody kicked on the nuts in your language; occasionally comes during or after an orgasm - this happens as the cremaster muscle is also contracted during this period causing the testis to be pulled up and at the same time twisted.
I would advise you in such a situation the following: -Ultrasonography and color doppler examination of the scrotum. -Manual examination by a General Surgeon or Urologist to affirm -Routine tests of blood, urine for fitness. -Small definitive surgery of anchoring the testis will solve your problem for lifetime.
