Hi,
Any type of injury or trauma to the testicles is the most common cause of
testicular pain. Again, sexual stimulation during intercourse may cause increase blood circulation in the genital organs and this can develop congestive pain in testes which is generally relieved by ejaculation. Other conditions that may cause such type of testicular pain are
urinary tract infections, inflammation of the testicles or
epididymitis, sexually transmitted diseases like chlamydia, orchitis, injury or damage to the scrotal nerves due to any causes,
testicular torsion, fluid in the testicles or
spermatocele, enlarged veins in testicles or varicocele, hydrocele, gangrene, testicular carcinoma etc.
Some investigations such as pelvic ultrasound, urine R/M/E and C/S, urethral or prostatic swab for C/S may be done to exclude the underlying causes and then treat them accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
