Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Wishing a better health for you dear, causes can be multiple but as per your reference of hip replacment its true that patients do have complaint regarding these type of symptoms but neither patient nor doctors focus on post THR or HR sexual counselling ...you should consult with your orthopedician or you can take advice on this platform regarding suitable sex positions and if required then physiotherapy.Take multivitamins and pain killers till then.Never feel shy regarding any issue in front of your treating doctor.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
