What Causes Testicular Pain?

My husband is having really bad testicle pain but it s only in his left one he said it s throbbing he is saying it hurts stops then hurts again on and off he says it hurts when he coughs moves but it isn t swelling and it actually looks smaller then his right one help please what could be wrong and how can I help it stop hurting

I can understand your concern
before this I would like to know his profession and any habits of smoking ,alcohol etc..
any history of diabetes and Hpertension..
don't worry pain in testicle may be infection in epididimedis which spread from urethra or blood..
I would like to suggest some antibiotic like moncef o,aceclofenac sodium along with metrogyl for 5 days
plz check once with CBP.ESR,routine urine& culture before starting antibiotic .ok

plz apply good support to scrotum ,,

don't worry it will subside by taking early precautions .

above factor aggravates the condition. plz try to avoid those habits and have regular check up for sugar at diabetologist if he had .. ok
