What Causes Testicular Swelling Prior To Urination?

my right testicle feels much more firmer than my left one which feels mushy and inflates when i need the toilet, i went to the doctor and they sent me for a scan and its nothing which he thought it was anyway, its still worrying me do u know but he hasnt labelled it as anything unusual, please help.

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having indirect inguinal hernia producing inflation while increasing intra-abdominal while passing urine or passing stool.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
