What Causes The UPT Test Positive With No Heart Beat?
In last month on date 13-17 i planned for a baby and my last period was on 28 sep. But on 24 oct i saw a little spotting and i thought i dint conceive and i was feeling pain also so i took tab MEFTAL-SPAS along with ZINTAC 300.Next day my bleeding stopped i went to a doctor.My UPT test is positive but till today they are not getting baby's heart-beat in sonography.

Your doctor should be able to find your babys heart beat by the 8th week, although it can sometimes be found a little later in pregnancy as well. But not too late, as this would not bw a good sign.
Wait till at least 9 weeks and then meet wirh your doctor to discuss the same in more detail if at all the heart beat is still not found.
