What Causes The Abnormal Feeling Of Emptiness In Stomach?

I have this empty feeling in my stomach, right under my ribcage, but I'm not hungry. I ate a normal amount today and I have a balanced diet. What is wrong? It doesn't really hurt, it just feels weird and abnormal. I think something is wrong with my diaphragm.

HI
Well come to HCM
This is nonspecific type of symptoms or feeling not related with any disease, and this is nothing to worry, stress some time causes such symptom, try to keep this low or nil, with no other related symptoms like pain, vomiting, fever, this is functional condition, take care and have a nice day.
